Write to support@sebb.games. One person reads it, and that person also writes the game, so a clear report gets fixed faster than a long one.

What to include

What you did, what you expected, what happened instead.
Your input device: keyboard, gamepad, or which wheel.
Your GPU and driver version, and your Windows version.
The game version from the main menu.
A screenshot or a short clip if it is something you can see.

Before you write

The game does not start

Loop Rally needs OpenGL 3.3. Update your GPU driver from the vendor's site, not Windows Update. On a laptop with two GPUs, make sure the game runs on the dedicated one.

My wheel is not detected

Plug the wheel in before starting the game, and check that its own driver software sees it. Then open Options → Controls and pick the device there.

Refunds

Purchases go through Steam, and so do refunds: use the Steam refund request, we cannot issue one directly.
